2008 also saw some changes to the awards within the company. Due to the increased store numbers, the compay have now decided to that a "Store of the Area Award" is more appropriate.

This is decided upon initially by the Area Managers with a short list of 3 in each area being picked based on overall performance for the year, which are then visited by the Directors and a winner in each area is picked based on some stringent checks covering all aspects of the store operations.
